Sylvia is licensed before the Supreme Court of California. She has represented countless immigrants before the Executive Office for Immigration Review, Asylum Office, United States Citizenships and Immigration Services, and  United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Her practice also includes criminal defense before the Supreme Court of California. 

 

When she is not practicing law she enjoys teaching yoga and spending time with her family.
